Ingredients:
Shrimps – 125 gms, small, raw
Cabbage – 1/2 cup, shredded
Carrot – 1/2 cup, grated
Sweet Corn Kernels – 1 cup
Spring Onions – 1, chopped
Garlic – 3/4 tblsp, fried
Eggs – 2, small
White Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Maida – 3/4 cup
Water – 3/4 cup
Oil as required
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients, except oil, in a large bowl.
2. Mix well thoroughly.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame.
4. Using a medium ladle pour a little bit of the mixture into hot oil and fry till golden brown or for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
5. Remove and drain excess oil.
6. Serve hot with chutney or sauce of choice.
