Ingredients:
Shrimps – 8, shelled, tails intact
Garlic – 2 to 3 cloves, minced
Tamarind Concentrate – 1/4 cup
Soy Sauce – 1 1/2 tblsp
Sugar – 3/4 tblsp
Butter – 2 tblsp
Method:
1. Mix together the garlic, tamarind, soy sauce and sugar.
2. Marinate the shrimps in this for 1 to 2 hours or more.
3. Place the shrimps on a baking tray lined with non-stick sheet.
4. Brush the shrimps with butter.
5. Place the tray in a preheated oven.
6. Broil on each side until pink or for 2 to 3 minutes approximately.
7. Remove and serve warm.
