Ingredients:
Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Milk – 1/4 cup, boiled
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cashews – few, fried
Raisins – few, fried
Ghee – 1/4 cup
Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium flame.
2. Combine the sugar and milk in a bowl.
3. Pour this to the pan along with the cooked rice.
4. Stir and cook till it starts to thicken.
5. Add the fried cashews and raisins.
6. Remove and serve warm.
