Chinese Scrambled Eggs Recipe

A simple and delicious breakfast dish.
Chinese Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
Eggs – 10 to 12, large, beaten
Onions – 2, sliced into rings
Tomatoes – 5 to 6, cut into wedges
Black Pepper Powder – 2 tsp
Salt – 2 tsp or as per taste
Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
Oil – 5 to 6 tblsp

Method:

1. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and onion rings to the beaten eggs.
2. Beat to blend well.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
4. Add the egg mixture and scramble quickly with a spatula for 2 minutes.
5. Add the tomatoes and cook till the mixture is dry and done.
6. Transfer to a serving dish.
7. Serve.
