How to Make Thai Basil Chicken Recipe

Thai Basil Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast – 300 gms, diced
Oil – 1 1/2 tblsp
Small Green Chillies – 1 tblsp, chopped
Basil Leaves – 1/2 cup, coarsely torn
Fish Sauce – 1 tblsp

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Stir-fry the chicken pieces over high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add the chillies and half of the basil.
4. Stir-fry for one more minute.
5. Add the fish sauce and stir to mix well.
6. Transfer to a serving dish.
7. Garnish with the remaining basil leaves.
8. Serve hot with rice.
