Sundakkai Vathal – 1 tblsp
Manathakkali Vathal – 1 tblsp
Coriander Seeds – 1 tblsp
Neem Flowers – 1 tblsp
Omam (Ajwain) – 1 tblsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tblsp
Sukku (Dry Ginger) – a small piece
Peppercorns – 2 tsp
Curry Leaves – 1 cup
Asafoetida – a small pinch
Dry Chilli – 1
Salt as per taste

1. Dry roast all the ingredients, except salt, separately in a pan.
2. Allow it to cool.
3. Combine together and add salt.
4. Grind to a fine powder.
5. Serve hot with rice.

This is a nutritious powder given to new, lactating mothers.
