Pachai Sundakkai (Raw Turkey Berry) Fry Recipe

Pachai Sundakkai (Raw Turkey Berry) – 100 gms, washed, crushed, seeds removed and rinsed
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Dry Red Chillies – 1
Coconut – 1 tsp, grated
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Pressure cook the sundakkai till 3 whistles.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
3. Add the mustard seeds, dal, red chillies and stir-fry for 45 to 60 seconds.
4. Add the sundakkai and stir well.
5. Add salt and grated coconut.
6. Mix well and remove.
7. Serve hot as a side dish.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
