Ingredients:
Shrimps – 350 gms, peeled, deveined
Oil – 1 tblsp
Garlic – 1 tsp, minced
Salt as per taste
Coriander Leaves – few, garnish
For the marinade:
Fish Sauce – 1 tsp
Rice Wine – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Red Chilli – 1, small, deseeded, minced
Black Pepper Powder – a pinch
Lemongrass – 1, small stalk, inner part finely sliced
Garlic – 1/2 tsp, minced
Method:
1. Marinate the shrimp in the marinade and mix well.
2. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
4. Stir-fry the garlic for 30 seconds.
5. Add the shrimp along with the marinade and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add salt and stir to mix well.
7. Remove and transfer to a serving plate.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Serve hot with rice.
