Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 6, cut lengthwise
Onion – 1, sliced lengthwise
Carrot – 1, cut into 1 inch sticks
Beans – 6, cut into 1 inch sticks
Green Peas – handful, boiled
Capsicum – 1, sliced lengthwise
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tsp
Oil as required
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Add onions, ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute or two.
3. Add carrot, beans, green peas, capsicums and cook for a minute.
4. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, tomato sauce and salt.
5. Mix well.
6. Add bread slices and stir for a minute.
7. Remove and transfer to a serving bowl.
8. Serve hot.
