Oats Cauliflower Upma Recipe

Cauliflower Florets
Oats – 1 cup
Cauliflower – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Onion – 2, big, finely chopped
Green Chillies – 2, finely chopped
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal – 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves – few
Coriander Leaves – few
Oil as required
Salt as per taste

1. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
2. Add mustard seeds and urad dal.
3. Fry for a minute.
4. Add onions, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and cauliflower florets.
5. Cook for 2 minutes.
6. Pour 1 1/2 cups of water and salt.
7. Bring a boil and add the oats.
8. Stir well for 2 minutess and cover the pan with a lid.
9. Cook for 5 more minutes and remove from heat.
10. Serve hot.
