Peanuts – 2 cups, fried, skins removed
White Sesame Seeds – 1 tblsp, fried
Dry Red Chillies – 6, dry roasted
Garlic – 6 cloves
Salt as per taste
1. Combine all the ingredients together.
2. Grind to a fine powder.
3. Store in an air tight container.
4. Mix with hot rice and ghee.
