Bread with Sweet Corn Gravy Recipe

Sweet Corn Kernels
Bread Slices – 10
Sweet Corn – 2 (whole)
Onions – 2, finely chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce – 1/2 cup
Butter – 2 tblsp
Fresh Cream – 2 tblsp
Sugar as required
Salt as per taste

1. Steam cook the sweet corn with a pinch of salt.
2. Remove the kernels and keep aside.
3. Heat 1/2 tsp butter in a pan.
4. Add ginger garlic paste and stir.
5. Saute the onions and add red chilli powder, tomato sauce, sugar and salt.
6. Add the corn kernels and cook well.
7. Add some water if required and cream.
8. Mix well.
9. Toast the bread slices and spread the gravy on top.
10. Serve.
