mint leaves - Pudina Masala Chapati
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Pudina (Mint Leaves) – handful, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – handful, finely chopped
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
Ginger – 3 cloves
Green Chillies – 2
Ghee as required
Oil as required
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Combine mint, coriander, ginger, garlic, green chillies and little salt.
2. Grind and keep aside.
3. Mix the ground paste with wheat flour, ghee, salt and enough water to make a soft, pliable dough.
4. Make small chapatis.
5. Heat a tawa over moderate flame.
6. Cook on both sides using little oil.
7. Remove and serve hot.
