Rice Flour – 2 cups
Roasted Gram Flour (Pottukadalai) – 1 cup
Black Peppercorns – 1 tsp, crushed
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Butter – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add little water and knead to a pliable paste.
3. Pass through a ribbon strainer, deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
4. Remove and drain excess oil.
5. Serve hot.
