Ingredients:
Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Ghee – 1/4 cup
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Urad Dal – 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves – few, chopped
Cashewnuts – 10
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 2, chopped
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat ghee in a frying pan.
2. Stir-fry the mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, cashewnuts, pepper powder, cumin powder and green chillies.
3. Add the cooked rice and mix well.
4. Add salt as per taste and give it a quick stir.
5. Remove and serve hot.
This is given as a prasadam in some Hanuman temples.
