Beetroot Jam Recipe

Beetroot – 1, peeled, chopped
Tomato – 1, finely chopped
Cardamom Powder – a small pinch
Sugar – 1/4 cup (or more as desired)
Ghee – 4 tsp

1. Combine the beetroot and tomato in a mixer jar.
2. Blend till smooth.
3. Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan.
4. Add the ground beetroot and tomato.
5. Add sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
6. Cook till it starts to thicken.
7. Remove and transfer to a glass jar.
8. Use as required.
