Coriander Seeds – 1 cup
Black Peppercorns – 10
Cumin Seeds – 4 tsp
Dry Red Chilli – 1
Salt as per taste
1. Dry roast all the ingredients separately.
2. Transfer them to a mixer jar.
3. Grind to a fine powder.
4. Serve with rice mixed with ghee or as required.
