Ginger – 25 gms, peeled, finely chopped
Moong Dal – 1 cup
Toor Dal – 1 cup
Dry Red Chillies – 1 to 2
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add the moong dal, toor dal and red chillies.
3. Fry for a minute or two.
4. Add the ginger pieces and stir fry for a minute.
5. Remove and transfer to a mixer jar.
6. Add salt and grind to a thick paste.
7. Serve with rice.
Note: If required add a little water before grinding to make it less thick.
