Pear and Cinnamon Smoothie


Pear and Cinnamon Smoothie
Plain Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Pear – 1, ripe, peeled, halved, cored, cut into chunks
Honey – 3/4 tblsp
Cinnamon Powder – 1/2 tsp + little extra
Lemon Juice – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – 1/2 tsp, grated


1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Transfer into a serving glass.
4. Sprinkle a little cinnamon powder and serve.
