* 3 full size onions
* 3 green chillies
* 1 tbls garlic paste
* 1 tbls ginger paste
* 1 pack of tofu
* 4 eggs
* 3 tomatoes
* masala powder
* pinch of tumeric
* salt as per taste.
Cut the tofu in to small cubic pieces of 3 inches each.
Fry them in butter and keep it aside.
Meanwhile fry the onions till they are golden brown, and then add ginger and garlic paste.
Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the mixture.
Fry them until the tomatoes are cooked.
Then dip the tofu in to the egg and fry them till they are done
Finally put those cubes coated with egg into gravy.
Let them cook for 2 min,and then add garam masala stir it for a while and you are done.
Before seving garnish it corriander leaves.
