Mango Pineapple Margarita

Mango Pineapple Margarita
Mangoes – 2 cups
Pineapple – 1 1/2 cups
Triple Sec – 1/8 cup
Gold Tequila – 1/3 cup
Cointreau – 2 1/2 tblsp
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Lemon Juice – 1/4 cup
Lime Juice – 1/4 cup
Ice cubes – 1 cup, crushed
Lime Wedges for garnish

1. Place the fruits in a glass bowl and cover it with cling film.
2. Keep it in the freezer overnight.
3. Place the margarita glasses in the freezer as well.
4. Heat a small pan over medium flame.
5. Add the sugar with 1/2 cup of water.
6. Bring to a boil and all the sugar has dissolved.
7. Remove and cool the syrup.
8. Puree all the ingredients except lime wedges in a blender till smooth.
9. Pour into the chilled margarita glasses.
10. Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
