Ingredients:
Strawberries – 1 cup, hulled
Sparkling Wine – 375 ml, chilled
Vanilla Extract – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp, granulated
Method:
1. Puree together the strawberries, vanilla, sugar and lemon juice in a blender.
2. Strain the mixture into a bowl.
3. Pour them into champagne glass and top up with the sparkling wine.
4. Serve chilled.
