Ingredients:
- Egg Yolk – 1
- Dijon Mustard – 1 1/2 tsp
- Sea Salt – 1/3 tsp
- Garlic Cloves – 4, crushed
- Light Olive Oil – 1/2 cup
- Fruity Olive Oil – 1/4 cup
Method:
- Whisk the egg yolk with the Dijon mustard, salt and garlic until creamy.
- Add the olive oils and whisk.
- Use as required.
Tip: If the Aioli is too thick, add 2 to 3 tblsp of cold water and whisk.
