Classic Aioli Recipe

  • Egg Yolk – 1
  • Dijon Mustard – 1 1/2 tsp
  • Sea Salt – 1/3 tsp
  • Garlic Cloves – 4, crushed
  • Light Olive Oil – 1/2 cup
  • Fruity Olive Oil – 1/4 cup


  1. Whisk the egg yolk with the Dijon mustard, salt and garlic until creamy.
  2. Add the olive oils and whisk.
  3. Use as required.

Tip: If the Aioli is too thick, add 2 to 3 tblsp of cold water and whisk.
