- Watercress – 1 small bunch
- Mangoes – 2, large, cut into chunks
- Avocados – 2, cut into chunks
- Smoked Chicken Breasts – 2, cut into chunks
- Basil Leaves – 2 tblsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tblsp
- Black Pepper Powder
- Cashew Nuts – 1/2 cup, roasted
- Separate the watercress into small sprigs.
- Combine the mango, avocado, chicken, watercress, basil leaves in a bowl.
- Mix lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Garnish with cashew nuts and keep in the fridge.
- Serve chilled.
