Mango and Avocado Salad with Smoked Chicken Recipe

  • Watercress – 1 small bunch
  • Mangoes – 2, large, cut into chunks
  • Avocados – 2, cut into chunks
  • Smoked Chicken Breasts – 2, cut into chunks
  • Basil Leaves – 2 tblsp
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tblsp
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Cashew Nuts – 1/2 cup, roasted


  1. Separate the watercress into small sprigs.
  2. Combine the mango, avocado, chicken, watercress, basil leaves in a bowl.
  3. Mix lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Garnish with cashew nuts and keep in the fridge.
  7. Serve chilled.
