Ingredients:
- Red Papaya – 1/2, cubed
- Mango – 1, cubed
- Bananas – 2, thickly sliced
- Star Fruit – 2, thinly sliced
- Sweet Pineapple – 2, thick slices
- Jackfruit – 400 gms
For the Syrup:
- White Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Star Anise – 2
- Green Peppercorns – 1/2 tsp
- Lime Zest – 2 strips
- Water – 1 cup
Method:
- Mix the sugar syrup ingredients in 1 cup of water.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, until sugar dissolves.
- Remove and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Combine all the fruit in a serving bowl and pour the syrup over.
- Cover and keep it in a fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
