Drumsticks - Drumstick Soup
Drumsticks – 4, chopped into 1 inch pieces
Moong Dal – 1 tblsp, boiled, mashed
Onion – 1, chopped
Tomato – 1, chopped
Garlic – 2 cloves
Butter – 1 tblsp
Corn Flour – 1 tblsp, mixed with 1/4 cup water
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped
Salt as per taste

1. Boil the drumsticks and remove the inner flesh portion to a bowl.
2. Add the moong dal and mix well.
3. Heat butter in a heavy bottomed pan over medium flame.
4. Add the onions, garlic and tomatoes.
5. Stir-fry for a minute and add the mashed dal-drumstick mixture.
6. Pour 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
7. Add the cornflour mixture and salt.
8. Stir well.
9. Remove and sprinkle pepper powder on top.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
11. Serve hot.
