Spicy Vietnamese Dressing

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Lime Juice – little
  • Soft Brown Sugar – 1 1/4 tbllsp
  • Garlic – 1 to 2 cloves, crushed
  • Fish Sauce – 1/4 cup
  • Roasted Peanuts – 2 tblsp, finely chopped
  • Water – 1/3 cup
  • Fresh Hot Red Chilli – 1 to 2 tsp

Method:

  1. In a small bowl combine the lime juice, water and sugar.
  2. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the garlic, fish sauce, red chilli and peanuts.
  4. Leave for about 20 minutes before using.
