- Zucchinis – 3, about 400 gms
- Fresh Dill tips – 2 tblsp
- Plain Yogurt – 3 tblsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper – ground
- Butter Lettuce Leaves – few
- Shave thin strips from the zucchini.
- In a bowl, combine the dill, yogurt, lemon juice and sugar.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add the zucchini strips and mix well.
- Keep aside for 10 minutes to allow the zucchini to soften.
- Serve the salad over lettuce leaves.
