- Sprouts – 2 bunch
- Snow Pea Sprouts – 1/2 bunch
- Spring Onion – 1, very finely sliced
- Juice and Grated Zest of 1/2 Orange
- Vinaigrette – 2 tblsp
- Trim the bases from the sprouts.
- Pull them apart in little tuffs and mix them with the spring onion and orange zest.
- Mix orange juice into the vinaigrette and gently toss through the sprouts.
- Serve chilled.
