Ingredients:
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1/4 cup
- White or Red Wine Vinegar – 1 tblsp
- Garlic – 1 small, finely chopped
- Dijon Mustard – 1 tsp
- Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
Method:
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
- If you want to make a grain-mustard vinaigrette, add 2 to 3 tsp of grainy mustard.
- Can be kept for a week or two in the fridge.
