Mustard Vinaigrette

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1/4 cup
  • White or Red Wine Vinegar – 1 tblsp
  • Garlic – 1 small, finely chopped
  • Dijon Mustard – 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper


  1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. If you want to make a grain-mustard vinaigrette, add 2 to 3 tsp of grainy mustard.
  3. Can be kept for a week or two in the fridge.
