- Fresh Dill Sprigs – 6
- Cider Vinegar – 1 cup
- Whole Black Peppercorns – 1 tsp
- Wash and dry the dill.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the vinegar to a boil.
- Lower the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the dill and peppercorns.
- Turn off the heat.
- Let it sit for several minutes until cooled.
- Pour into a clean jar, seal and keep in a dark place until ready to use or refrigerate.
