Dill and Peppercorn Vinegar Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Dill Sprigs – 6
  • Cider Vinegar – 1 cup
  • Whole Black Peppercorns – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Wash and dry the dill.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the vinegar to a boil.
  3. Lower the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the dill and peppercorns.
  5. Turn off the heat.
  6. Let it sit for several minutes until cooled.
  7. Pour into a clean jar, seal and keep in a dark place until ready to use or refrigerate.
