Garlic Vinaigrette

  • Garlic Flavored Olive Oil – 1/2 cup
  • Lemon Juice – 3 tblsp
  • Garlic Cloves – 2, crushed
  • Dijon Mustard – 1 tsp
  • Fine Sugar – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Put all the ingredients in a screw-top jar and secure the lid.
  2. Shake vigorously until an emulsion forms.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  4. Use at once or store in an airtight container in the fridge for a month.
  5. Remove the garlic cloves after a week.
  6. Always whisk or shake before using.
