- Garlic Flavored Olive Oil – 1/2 cup
- Lemon Juice – 3 tblsp
- Garlic Cloves – 2, crushed
- Dijon Mustard – 1 tsp
- Fine Sugar – 1/2 tsp
- Put all the ingredients in a screw-top jar and secure the lid.
- Shake vigorously until an emulsion forms.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Use at once or store in an airtight container in the fridge for a month.
- Remove the garlic cloves after a week.
- Always whisk or shake before using.
