  • 450 gms Celeriac (peeled and grated)
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 250 gms White Crabmeat (picked over)
  • Fresh Dill (chopped, to garnish)

  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard - 1 tblsp
  • 1 1/2 tsp White Wine Vinegar - 1 1/2 tsp
