Pall Mall Recipe

This merry charmer is a popular classic from the 1930s and has just enough pepper minty crème de menthe to refresh and refuel.

Ingredients:

  • Gin – 1 1/2 ounces
  • Dry Vermouth – 1/2 ounce
  • Sweet Vermouth – 1/2 ounce
  • White Crème de Menthe – 1 tsp
  • Dash of Orange bitters

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Serve.
