Ingredients:
Fish – 500 gms, cleaned, cut into big pieces
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt with little water.
2. Rub this all over the fish and keep aside for 1 hour.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Shallow fry the marinated fish till golden brown.
5. Remove and drain excess oil.
6. Serve hot.

i can’t understand ur method.
dint get the method ……….not clear
what to do with masala ? If the person is not indian then he wouldn’t uderstand from where the batter comes.
How to make batter ? Where will the masala go ?
you need to make the batter from all the Masala listed above, then put the fish pieces in the batter for 30-40 min and deep fry it. Remove for 5-10 min then fry again until the pieces turn into golden brown color.

There is no details about the use of ingredients and preparation of batter in which the fish pieces would be put. The method needs a change.

Method Of preparation require to be changed. Need to be more clear as to what you understand by batter. To my knowledge batter is any mixture(flour)which involves either water or eggs. Nither of the two seem to be appearing in the above receipe.
