Parisian Cocktail

Quintessentially French, this cocktail beautifully balances equal amounts of the botanical flavors of gin, sweet black currant liqueur and herbaceous Noilly Prat, the bone-dry French vermouth.


  • Gin – 1 ounce
  • Crème de Cassis – 1 ounce
  • Noilly Prat dry vermouth – 1 ounce


  1. Stir the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Serve.
