Ingredients:
3 cups mixed boiled Vegetables
2 onions, chopped
3 Spring Onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
4 green chilies, chopped
1 tsp. Ginger
Few coriander leaves, coriander
1/2 tea cup tomato ketchup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. oil or butter
Salt according to taste
Method:
1. Heat Ghee in a pan and fry onions till golden brown.
2. Add tomatoes, chilies, ginger and coriander leaves and fry for 2-3 min.
3. Add tomato ketchup, boiled vegetables, spring onions, chilli powder, sugar, salt & little water.
4.Cook for 5-10 minutes.
Serve with Plain roti or Naan.

it is good but nothing very great. But i will surely try to make it.
