Steamed Prawn with Ginger
Prawns – 250 gms, shelled
Egg – 1, whisked
Ginger – 2 tsp, julienned
Chinese Rice Wine – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp, finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Ajinomoto – 3/4 tsp
Spring Onions – 1/2 tsp, finely chopped (optional)

1. Keep the prawns in a pan and add salt, ajinomoto, egg and ginger.
2. Mix well and steam cook the prawns for 8 to 10 minutes.
3. Remove, transfer to a bowl and add the wine.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onions.
5. Serve at once.
