Pudina Macchi (Mint Fish Tikka) Recipe

Mint Fish Tikka
Fish Fillets – 500 gms, cleaned, cubed
Yogurt – 1 tblsp
Cream – 1 tblsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
Mint Chutney – 1/3 cup
Besan Flour – 2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Oil as required
Salt as per taste
Onion Rings – to serve

1. Combine all the ingredients except fish cubes and oil in a bowl.
2. Mix well and marinate the fish cubes for 4 hours.
3. Then skewer the marinated fish fillet cubes and roast for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C/350F.
4. Baste with oil once in-between.
5. Garnish with onion rings.
6. Serve hot.
