Talli Macchi (Fried Fish)
Fish Fillets – 250 gms, boneless
Garlic Paste – 1 tblsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
White Vinegar – 1/2 tblsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
Besan – 1 tblsp
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste

1. Marinate the fish fillets with some salt and keep aside for 15 minutes.
2. Wash well and keep aside.
3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except oil.
4. Apply this mixture on the fish fillets and cover.
5. Keep this in the fridge for 60 minutes.
6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
7. Fry the fish fillets till golden brown and remove.
8. Drain excess oil.
9. Serve hot with chutney of choice.
