Potatoes – 2, boiled, peeled, crumbled
Cucumber – 1, grated or cubed
Carrot – 1, grated
Sweet Corn Kernels – 1 cup, boiled
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Tomato – 1, finely chopped (if desired, remove the seeds)
Coriander Leaves – few
Sev – few
Chaat Masala Powder as per taste
Lemon Juice as per taste
Salt as per taste
1. Combine all the vegetables in a bowl.
2. Add coriander leaves, chaat powder, sev, lemon juice and salt.
3. Mix well and serve.
