Potato Chaat with Green Chutney
Potatoes – 1 cup, boiled, peeled, cubed
Green Chutney – 1/2 cup
Chaat Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Carrot – few, grated
Sev – few
Salt as per taste
Oil as required

For the green chutney:
Coriander Leaves – 1 cup
Green Chillies – 3
Tamarind – 1 small ball
Salt as per taste

1. To make the green chutney, combine all ingredients with little water and grind to a chutney like consistency.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Fry the potato pieces and remove.
4. Transfer to a plate and add green chutney, chaat masala powder, carrot, sev and salt.
5. Mix well till all ingredients are combined.
6. Serve.
