Ingredients:
Mixed Vegetables – 225 gms
Soy Sauce – 2 to 3 tblsp
Cashew Nuts – 1/3 cup, dry roasted
Rice – 1 1/2 cups, cooked
Oil – 1/2 tblsp
Method:
1. Heat a pan over medium flame.
2. Add the mixed vegetables and stir for 2 minutes.
3. Add the soy sauce and stir for a minute.
4. Transfer to a serving plate.
5. Serve with rice, garnished with cashewnuts.
