Goan Fried Lamb Chops
Lamb Chops – 4
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup
Green Chillies – 2
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 3/4 tblsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/8 tsp
Maida – 1/4 cup
Egg – 1, beaten
Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup
Oil for shallow frying
Salt – 3/4 tsp

1. Beat the lamb chops with a rolling pin to tenderize.
2. Combine all the ingredients except lamb chops, oil, maida and breadcrumbs.
3. Grind to a fine paste and marinate the lamb chops in this for an hour.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
5. Roll the lamb chops in maida and dip in beaten egg.
6. Coat with breadcrumbs and fry for 5 minutes on each side till golden brown and crisp.
7. Remove and drain excess oil.
8. Serve hot.
