Chilli Cheese Fingers
Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 6
Hung Curd – 1/2 cup, beaten
Onion – 2 tblsp, finely chopped
Green Chillies – 2 tsp, finely chopped
Cheese – 200 gms, grated
Oil
Salt as per taste
Pepper Powder as per taste

Method:
1. Combine the curd, onion, green chillies, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Spread this on the bread slices.
4. Heat oil in a shallow pan over moderate flame.
5. Fry the bread slices till both sides are brown.
6. Cut the slices into small rectangles.
7. Serve hot.
