Torai (Wax Gourd) – 500 gms, washed, scraped, cut into thin rounds
Ghee – 1/2 tblsp
Green Chillies – 2, slit lengthwise
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Fry the cumin seeds till they splutter.
3. Add the torai and green chillies.
4. Add salt and reduce flame.
5. Cover the pan with a lid.
6. Cook till all moisture evaporates.
7. Remove and serve hot.
