Ingredients:
Chicken Legs – 750 gms, cut into bite-sized pieces
Oil – 1 1/2 tblsp
Chinese Rice Wine – 1 tblsp
Soy Sauce – 3 tblsp
Ginger – 1 tsp, finely chopped
Garlic – 1/2 tblsp, chopped
Five-Spice Powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Method:
1. Combine the soy sauce, oil, rice wine, garlic, ginger, five-spice powder, sugar and salt.
2. Mix well until sugar has dissolved.
3. Add the chicken pieces and mix until they are coated evenly.
4. Cover and keep aside for 2 hours.
5. Place the chicken pieces on a baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven at 375F for 20 minutes.
6. Remove and turn them over.
7. Cook in the oven for another 20 minutes till evenly brown.
8. Remove and keep aside to cool.
9. Transfer to a plate and serve warm.

Can i use something else other than wine ?
You can use chicken stock or apple juice or grape juice.
