Ingredients:
Garlic – 1 tblsp, coarsely chopped
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/4 cup
White Vinegar – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp, dried, mashed
Method:
1. Heat a pan over medium flame.
2. Add sugar, vinegar, water, garlic and salt.
3. Simmer for 5 minutes until the syrup is smooth and thin.
4. Remove and add the chilli flakes.
5. Use as desired or store in the fridge for up to a week.

Very quick and easy to make. Why buy inferior, more expensive sauce from the supermarket ?
